Computer boots to American Megatrends Screen?

Whenever I boot my PC up, it shows the "American Megatrends" screen, when it should be booting into Windows 7 on my SSD. It also says "CPU Fan Error!", which could be the issue but my Cooler Master 212 Hyper 212 EVO seems to be working fine. (Also my motherboard is the Asus Maximus VI Hero Z87 motherboard)
But other than that I will need to restart the computer 1-5 times until it actually decides to boot into the SSD and Windows 7, anyone know why this is happening?
Thanks c:

It sounds like the fan on your heatsink is slow to spin up or the RPM sensor in the fan is failing. The motherboard is detecting that the fan isn't spinning fast enough and thinks it might overheat. I would recommend replacing the fan on your EVO.
