Question Computer BSODs after 10-15 minutes of use with i5-4690k

I'm really hoping my CPU isn't at the end of its lifespan.

Yesterday my computer slogged to a halt and BSOD'd with the code: (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR). A quick Google revealed it was a hardware issue, and seeing as how every part of my computer save my CPU is new, I realized it was causing it.

I don't have it overclocked anymore (I did back in 2016 for around a month) and it's never caused me any issues until now. Please tell me there's an easy fix, I really don't have the money to replace it...

MOBO: ASRock Fatality z97x
CPU: Intel i5-4690k (4-5 years old at most)

Indeed a WHEA is a Windows Hardware Error.

Have you monitored the CPU temperatures under load?
When you say everything else is new, why did you have to get new parts?
What is your PSU make and model?

Forgive the late response! I fell asleep promptly after writing this. I've monitored the CPU temp previously, and it's stayed well withing what you'd expect.
I replaced most of it since it was dated and lacking, nothing was ever broken. A GTX 770 in 2019 wasn't ideal!
A Corsair RM650.

Let me know if any other information is needed! (I also updated my bios, to no avail)

(Edit) I just booted into bios again, and realized my CPU was reaching 91~C now. Definitely something wrong
