Computer BSOD's When ever I try to download a steam game.

So about a week ago, my computer Bsodded, I didn't think much of it at the time because well, I just didn't. Then It happened about an hour later, I auctully look at the reason this time
"Bad_Pool_Caller" Thats all it says.
It only happens when I download from steam. I can download from anywhere else, BitTorrent, Chrome, Origin, But Steam is what crashes my computer.
It also does every once in a while Stops the download, and makes the download queued, "Update Required", When ever i start it, about 15 seconds later my computer crashes.
Any Idea why?

AVG can cause a 0x000000c2 stop error. I would uninstall this for now. Then use their removal tool http://www.avg.com/au-en/utilities

See if there are any updated drivers for this Screaming Bee Audio Driver theyre old / from 2010

Uninstall / Disable AMD Overdrive. This is a known cause of crashes

Its been about 10 minutes, nothing has happened yet. Steam keeps downloading the game and isnt Bsodding. So far good.

I am having the same problem and i dont have a anti virus like AVG and i dont know how to fix it....

a lot of the problems with antivirus failures are actually caused by bugs in old network drivers. Often, just updating the network driver will fix virus scanner issues, and streaming issues. (and timeouts on nvidia graphics cards that have shadowplay running)
