I am looking for a bare-bones-budget-minded (around $400) computer build that will be used exclusively for WoW. I want to play at mid-high settings at 60+ FPS. Give me your best shot!

You have lofty goals on a tight budget... At a minimum an upgrade to an i3 and larger GPU would be nice, but the build below will get you close.

Wow is a poorly coded game so even the above may not cut it. My R9 290X struggles to play that game at times with even the latest Catalyst driver. As far as the above build recommended goes, it should play that game just fine.
