Hello guys , i recently started to build a new pc for my brother . Just wanna know if i can find any compoment with the same value but better performance for that rig , and mostly , if there is any problem with that case ( room for components issues) .

This is the rig i did choose , its about 1500 euros here in greece . I was about to buy rx 580 sapphire nitro + (should i?), but in the best scenario i can be patient and wait just to gather more money .

RIG : Link

Also , i ll start with only 1 module of ram 8gb , and in the next months im planning to buy the second one .

Feel free to share your opinion with me. Thanks for your time!

Sorry about the French links but the prices are, at least, in Euro.

It's changed from your original build with a HDD, 16Gb of faster RAM, a (probably) cheaper but still good MB, different cooler and a red/black NZXT S340 case:

PCPartPicker part list: https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/P6yGTH
Price breakdown by merchant: https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/P6yGTH/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (€323.17 @ Amazon France)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - MasterLiquid 240 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (€87.45 @ LDLC)
Motherboard: ASRock - Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming K4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€174.90 @ LDLC)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (€110.85 @ Amazon France)

1)Nah not really , its about the performance (ram , cpu , gpu ) . Tested those 3 again and the results are really great. I cant lie for the cpu though , it wont probably reach the maximum performance , but you never know , (streaming + gaming , sometimes heavy programms just for programming) , i dont really wanna go on ryzen cause he wont focus on those many cores
2)Water cooling and ssd is really cheap but a great choice in my opinion
3)In my point of view , in every pc you should have a really great psu , cause your system is depending on it.
4)About the case , i think i can probably go to a cheaper one

Thanks for your answer :)

What will your bother use the system for? If it is mainly for gaming, what monitor or monitors will he use, or upgrade to?

Suggestions:
If your brother is only playing new games, consider using a Ryzen R7 1700, but this will depend very much on the monitor choice; For fast high refresh monitors Intel is still the best choice at 1080 rez while the R7 1700 closely matches the i7 7700 at higher resolutions.

Check prices very carefully, AMD RX cards have been in short supply globally, and prices in some countries are, to be blunt, just silly, the GTX1070 in your build link is a sensible card to pair with a big I7 or R7, though.

Try to drop the full 16 Gb of RAM into the build from the start.

Your link shows no HDD and that 256Gb SSD is going to get full vary quickly without one.

The case would not be my choice, its airflow pattern won't really cool a hybrid liquid CPU/air GPU system very well, I suggest you consider an alternative with better flow: 2 or 3 front fans IN, one rear fan OUT, one or two top fans OUT.

u would only need a 550W PSU. scale down to a g2 550 or corsair txm 550 or seasonic g550.
the mobo is expensive. isnt the asrock fatality k6 or msi gaming m5 z270 available there?
up ur ram to 3000 mhz. or atleast 2800mhz
is water cooling a thing for u? if so, a deepcool captain 240ex rgb would do. or go for a scythe mugen 5.
ssd and gpu r good models. no change there :)

Mostly streaming and gaming on new games , then programming (probably heavy programms),but not all together (so not that much multitasking at once for a ryzen in my opinion) . Yep he will upgrade his monitor probably on a 144hz . R7 1700 and i7 7700k have quite the same price here (probably 20 euros more for the r7) .

I ll keep an eye for the case , the only one that i trust is the nzxt s340 case. Need some suggestions here about the case purchase

The 2 mobos you did suggest me are the same price here in greece with the one i picked (190 euros ).

Why should i go for 3000mhz ? Isnt that overkill ? if not ,why is that?

And last but not least , ye i really prefer water cooling :)

Thanks !

if all three mobo are priced the same, stick with the strix.
faster rams boost ur ingame fps a little. more importantly, the min fps by a good amount in most cases. and since z270 can support 3866+mhz, 3000 is not an overkill.
if u r set on a liquid cooling, fine. what i am saying is u can be done with that funky pocket friendly captain rgb liquid cooler.
