You've mentioned nothing about a GPU which is a very important part in PC gaming...?
-In my opinion intel is better despite a little more expensive. Intel i5 is perfect for gaming as long as you have a good GPU.
-8gb + Is a good amount for any PC really, especially gaming
-1TB HDD is a lot better than the one you said. You can pick up a good one for around £50/£60
-You might get away with a 500w PSU but its always best and more efficient to be about 100w more than you need just to be on the safe side :)

There isn't much point in paying as little as possible for a gaming PC as a starting one... Just wait a bit longer, save up, and make it better. Seems the best option in my opinion.
The one thing I would be concerned about is the PSU that comes with the case. I can speak from experience on taking a chance with a cheap/of brand PSU. Had one go bad and take my rig down with it. Most PSUs that come with the case are not very good.

would be very cautious about the PSU in the case, not familiar with the brand (means nothing), but those units are a lot of times listed for their peak output, and not the RMS (continual available output), i've seen units like this pop and on occassion take other components with them. Might want to go with a cheaper case and/or a reliable psu.

You should strongly consider an A8 (quad core) over the A6 (dual core). You should also get faster ram

yes but on battlefield you will have to play at a lower than 1080p resolution

Hmm, have you thought about an i3 build?

The HD 4600 graphics can play alll of the games you mentioned at 1366x768. If you plan to add a graphics card in future this may be the better option for you

that cpu has the 8470d graphics which has a 3d mark score of 800, i can play battlefield 4 on low with 60fps and my gpu has a score of 2600.I would say that it would work at around 30 fps on low with below 720p resolution and downscaled textures

Yes it would be 720p / low

But I'm confused, you have a card with a benchmark score of 2600 on this site? http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html

If so then you're in the gtx 460 / hd 6870 area which should be able to play BF4 @ 1080p / medium to high 60fps, not low
