Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would buy this motherboard instead

ASUS M5A78L-M LX AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131728

It is micro -ATX with fewer slots for expansion cards but unless you want to add 6 cards its fine and will just make a bit of extra space in your case . The big advantage is that its an AM3+ motherboard that can run the next generation of processors if/when you want to upgrade .
Its also $10 less . And from a better manufacturer .

Spend the money you save on the mb to add an
AMD Athlon II X3 450 Rana 3.2GHz $77
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103886
which will perform better everywhere .

Buy the RAM as a dual channel kit , instead of two separate sticks and save $5, and ensure compatibility

G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) $25
