Computer Building Beginner HELP

Hello so i wanted to build a cheap gaming pc and i am new on this thing.One of my biggest disadvantages is that i live in Mauritius and i cant buy from most websites because they dont offer international shipping or the prices are extremely high.

Can someone tell me if the pc will work:

i still didnt choose a graphics card and a tower i am looking mostly from websites like ebay which offer international shipping.
Can someone tell me first if i have all the required items or if something is missing also im pretty sure you will need lot of cables to connect all these.Can i know which ones so i can buy them.And do someone know a good tutorial to connect all the pieces?

That unit isnt even worth 10 dollars. Look for the seasonic s12ii 520w maybe?. Lets keep trying

the samsung ram works.

get the b250m motherboard , or you wont be able to boot the pc up.
the gigabyte one is great.

the rx470 gives better peformance defenetly get it.

pity for a decent psu you need to pay alot.
