Hello so i wanted to build a cheap gaming pc and i am new on this thing. One of my biggest disadvantages is that i live in Mauritius and i cant buy from most websites because they dont offer international shipping or the prices are extremely high.

Can someone tell me if the pc will work:
CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz(RAM)
Cooler Master Hyper 212(CPU COOLER)
XFX 550W 80+(POWER SOURCE)
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H(MOTHERBOARD)
AMD Athlon X4 860K(PROCESSOR)
Western Digital 1TB 32mbps(HARD DISK)
i still didnt choose a graphics card and a tower i am looking mostly from websites like ebay which offer international shipping.
Can someone tell me first if i have all the required items or if something is missing also im pretty sure you will need lot of cables to connect all these. Can i know which ones so i can buy them. And do someone know a good tutorial to connect all the pieces?

all ram have lifelong warranty.
you wont notice the difference between the 2.
about the ram speed , you wont notice either and in order to make it simple, the h110 doesnt support 2400 mhz speed.
However you can use 2400 mzh ram, it will be locked to 2133 mhz.

so get the cheapest ram and make sure you get 2 sticks.

Also after looking i found GeForce GTX 1060 StormX 3GB DDR5 PCI-E Video Card HDMI DVI DP it has the same price then the Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB GDDR5 GV-RX470G1 GAMING-4GD PCI-E Video Card HDMI

The 1060 has less Video ram but after looking on the internet i found that the 1060 is better what would you recommend me?

Thanks to the psu saving i saw that i could take a better cpu for a range of 200$ for example the i5-7600 but is it worth spending the extra money and as the cpu has more watt consumption would i need a better psu also?
