Computer cant handle games anymore

I bought my gaming pc like 4 months ago and i could handle all games from Arma 3 on high settings to minecraft and run them all really good. But as of like last week i cant handle any games really i went from being able to get 300 fps max on minecraft to not being able to get above 30. And i have razer game booster to close all unwanted applications taking up memory from the processor and it still doesnt help and ive ran a virus scan like twice already and ive got no idea what to do now anything will help. My pc specs are fx-6300 and r9 270x. I built the pc myself, would restoring ym computer help? And if i restore it would it uninstall windows 8 from the hard drive? And i dont know what the temperatures should be for a computer or how to tell if a part is fried because i cant run games that i got good fps on anymore so i dont know if i need to buy a new part and i also have ran a maleware scan and i close all tasks in task manager. All my drivers are up to date on it and i did another virus scan today and still i get 7fps on arma 3 i need big help someone told me to change my ram from 800mhz to 1333mhz

what that person told you about your RAM is probably wrong since your RAM I'm guessing is running at 1600MHz but it's displayed as half (800) because of the double data rate (DDR) of the memory.

1. how much free CPU and RAM do you have while you are running your games?
2. how much free space do you have on your HDD?
3. what are your temperatures as you run games?

Have you tried uninstally ALL your graphics drivers and then reinstalling

Im certain you have a software problem . What changes did you make?

Have you tried refreshing windows?
Have you changed the resolution

Have you tried another graphics card ?

1. How do i check how much memory i have left while playing games.
2. i have 334gb free on hdd
3. my temperatures are fine i checked them a while ago.
4.what is refreshing windows
5. i have tried to record with obs and it made me chose a resolution i might have changed it
6.I dont have another graphics card
