I just installed a new PSU, the Corsair CX750M, to power my new GeForce GTX 770. Everything worked fine beforehand, and now after installing everything and triple checking that everything was plugged back in correctly, the computer won't even load bios now.

The LED light for MB is on, still nothing. Put old vid card back in, same thing now. Tried using the onboard vid output and that isn't working either. I am completely stumped as to why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated!

I have now tried using the old PSU and it is still doing the same thing. I have tried unplugging different components, to see if something is causing this, one at a time, and nothing seems to be helping. Could this possibly be a CPU or mother board issue at this point?
