Computer can't run games properly even though it shoukld be capable

I have a HP pavilion it contains 8 gb ram and a AMD a8-7410 APU with radeon r5 graphics but it still lags on cs:go. How can I fix this?

The a8-7410 has terrible single core performance and CS:GO relays on that to run fast.

Hey GOOSE1415.

I'm sorry to hear that,what you can do is update Windows,your drivers,perform an upgrade,or turning down video settings.There may also be other ways to improve performance while keeping good quality on CS:GO,but as far as I know,these are the best solutions in my opinion.
