Computer case cables

I've almost finished assembling my first build an im so proud but the last problem im running into is wich side of the usb cable (of the case) is the + side an wich is the - side? I have a asus H110M-A mobo an a Sharkoon vs4-s case, Also on the right side of the adapter theres a little triangle facing outwards does this have anything to do with + or -?

USB2 ?
Look at the connectors on MB and on cable and you'll see that there's a 9th pin. It's not connected to anything and together with missing pin on MB and closed hole on cable side connector make it foolproof so it can fit only one way, the right way.
