Computer case under 150

Hello, i am looking for a new case, i just found out that my old case didnt have a top fan mounting for something like a radiator. I am looking for a ATX case which is mostly black and preferably some red accents. I used to own a Sharkoon T28 and loved the collors. I like to keep it under 150 dollars and it needs to have a side window and a dual top fan mount. I don't want something that is too extreme but then again not something plain and boring
