This one's on sale for $80. It looks like it should have great airflow. I'm thinking about getting it for my build. While it's on sale anyway.

Usually you don't want to go too cheap. For future-proofing anyway, you don't want cheaply made ports to fail on you (more annoying/inconvenient than a real problem, but still something to consider).

In a budget case, I have always found that the Antec Three Hundred worked and should be under 90 for sure.
