Computer causes my router to stop working

My PC is causing my Router to stop working, all other devices work fine on it but as soon as I turn my PC on, it makes the @ sign flash on my router and all my other devices are then not able to get online, when I turn that computer off all other devices reconnect.

What router are you using?

Did you use to have your PC providing Internet Connection Sharing? Is it configured to also provide DHCP services? If so, turn that off. There may be messages in the Windows Event Log that will describe what is happening.
