Computer Clicking Sound

Hello everyone! My computer has been making this odd clicking sound when I play most of my pc games, I know it happens when I play intense games because streaming and surfing the web is fine. Here are my specs below:

I7-67OOK (Brand new)
GTX 980TI Armor 2x (Brand new)
MSI Z170A SLI PLUS Motherboard (Brand new)
Cryorig H5 UIltimate CPU Cooler (Brand new)
WD Blue 1TB HDD (Almost 3 years old now)
EVGA 650W Power Supply (Brand new)
All of this inside the NZXT S340

Its really odd and it scares me cause this wasnt cheap hahaha, but if its the hard drive thats an easy and cheap replacement.

Open the side of the PC and use a empty roll of paper towels to find the sound.
One end up to your ear and move the other end to each part to find the sound.
