CPU - Intel I3 - 13100f or I5-12400f 133$
MDB - ASRock B760 Pro RS 150$
RAM - Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith Gaming 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 48$
SSD - Crucial P3 Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 63$
GPU - RX 6600XT 8GB Asrock Challenger 224$
CASE - Deepcool CC560 ARGB ATX Mid Tower Case 55$
PSU - Deepcool PF600 230V 600 W 80+ 50$
723$ In all

I have several questions about the configuration shown above. first one is whether it is actually worth going for the i5-12400f if i don't have to I'd prefer to keep the cost down, please tell me if there are any bottlenecking issues on either side. Also i wanted to know if everything fits all right in the case or if i would have to get another one.
Thank you in advance.

That PSU needs to go. Please spend a decent amount of money on a good quality PSU for your system unless you want problems up to and including a lound pop sound and a bunch of dead components. As for your question on bottlenecking, neither CPU is going to be a bottleneck for a 6600xt even at 1080p. One thing to note is that games use more CPU cores than in the past and if you like using things like discord while gaming or you stream from time to time 6+ core CPU is advised like the 12400f.

What is your budget for the system and from what country are you going to be buying the parts? We may be able to help with some better parts recommendations.

I have mixed feelings about the RM650 2023. In fact this unit is a downgrade of the RM750e (non ATX3.0). In my opinion $90 is to expensive. Not worth the RM name and not a good successor of the good old RM 2019 and RM 2021. For the same price https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RM...-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-bp-bga750umag is a better unit or https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9G...-modular-atx-power-supply-ps-tpd-0750fnfagu-l if you want to recommand a well tested PSU.

I would trust that RM unit, but that is my opinion, as you mentioned there are numerous options at the same price point.

It's for Bulgaria the budget is ~700 or what amounts to ~1300 bgn

Thanks I'll find the components here and see what it would cost

The Case Isn't available, I can't find the same motherboard the one that I can find is the ASRock Z690M PG RIPTIDE/D5, the PSU is also not available and the cooler is really good but ill have to ship it and at that points its not worth it.

I was able to find the second PSU and it costs 150 here i don't think I will be able to go for it
Please tell me if either of these will work:

Do not use a CV in a gaming build. At best these are for office systems.

As suggested don't skimp on your PSU. It's the heart of your system.

I would not use either of these PSU's in a system with a graphics card, they are too low end.

My thoughts:

Do not buy a F suffix processor to save $25.
If you ever have graphics issues, integrated graphics can save you.
Both processors are about equal in capability.
Most games will not be able to effectively use more than 8 threads.
Multiplayer may be an exception

1tb can fill up quickly, consider a 2tb ssd up front.

If you are not multitasking while gaming, 16gb is fine.
But, if you will be running other apps such as discord, then 32gb will be better.

The case is reasonable.
A case will last a long time, buy one that looks appealing to you.

On the power supply, Quality counts.
Look for a psu with a 7 year or better warranty.
