Question Computer constantly boots into bios screen. Never moves further than that

Title says it all. Nothing in boot priority menu despite ssd being plugged in.

Components:
ROG Strix z370h gaming motherboard
Ocpc geforce gtx 1050 to
Coolermaster ml240r rgb
Samsung 500gb ssd

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Any error LED's lit. Any beep codes via the motherboard?

Did you try reseating and/or replacing the SATA data and power cables?

Did you try replacing the motherboard's CMOS battery?
