computer continues to BSOD need help

hello to all who read this my issue is every now and then my laptop Bsods and i get this error
Driver_irql-not-less-or-equal(netwbw02.sys)
and i dont know how to fix it
i am running windows 8.1 64 bit

So perhaps check if you have the newest drivers for your system, including your BIOS (BUT dont update the bios if there's a risk the computer might crash during the update!). Can you use an ethernet connection to see if the crashes persist then?

i belive the issue is with the wireless wifi drivver so if you could point me to the right driver
i checked and my computer uses a intel duel band wireless-ac 3160 i dont know where to get the specific driver
