Computer crashes after installing AMD 64 X2 4200 s.939

I picked up a second (I already own one) ASUS A8N32-SLI. So in the upcomig weeks, I will swap out the MSI Neo4 Platinum (nForce 4, socket 939).

Anyone interested in the MSI? There are no new socket 939 MBs to be had.
