Hi!
For a while now I've been having issues with my computer crashing during games. My screen goes black and then my computer restarts. My computer doesn't crash during regular usage, only when playing high-intensity games

I'm not sure what causes these crashes. It happens in games such as Superliminal, Destiny 2, Sea of Thieves, Phasmophobia, DOOM Eternal, and Rust. The time it takes to crash my computer seems to vary.
I recently swapped out my RAM due to unrelated malfunctions, but I have had this issue for a good while now. I have also recently completely reset my operating system, including reinstalling it off of the disk.
My best guess is a hardware issue.

Motherboard: B450 Gaming Plus (MS-7B86)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processors
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
4 8GB sticks of DDR4 RAM (Corsair Vengeance LPX)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Corsair TX650M 650 Watt Power Supply

Thanks in advance, tell me if I need to post more information.

mmmm. Thats with the front panel open?, wow that GPU does gets hot. Are you letting the gpu fans to work on thier own or are you using a personal fan curve?

I would try and let the GPU fans to do thier thing. And/or lower GPU and VRAM clock s 100MHz. (You can try to lower the Max GPU clock first, and then the VRAM or both at the same time).

Interesting, looks like right before shutoff your gpu temps are going down. Slide that temperature limit all the way to the right. Also I noticed your fan speed doesn't change much. Is it set up on a custom curve. If so what's the curve ? Your gpu might just be limited by temperature and temp settings.
Which slider is the temperature limit? the only one that says "temp limit" is not adjustable. I have no idea about the curve, I haven't messed with any of those settings.

I haven't touched any of the fan curve settings or anything like that, so whatever it is, it's the default.

So what's my next move?

Go to settings and enable custom fan curve. Is your 5700xt got latest bios ? Sorry I forgot if you already answered that.

Is that the custom fan curve? This is what it automatically showed when I turned on "Enable user defined software automatic fan control"

I don't think I've updated my graphics card's bios, how do I do that?

Have you tested what I told you, about lowering the GPU and Memory (GPU) clocks down by at least 100MHz (in fact I would go with -300MHz on the GPU clock and -400MHz on the video memory) on MSI Afterburner?

Also when was the last time you installed Windows 10?

this is not related to temperature from what i see.
here's one thing you can try in case its a driver problem.
disconnect the internet
uninstall the driver and all related software and then use DDU
right click on start, select "system" and on the right side list select "device manager"
go to "display adapters", right click on your card and select "properties
go to the driver tab and select "update driver"
on the window that opens choose "browse my computer" and find the folder in which you have the driver installation files
windows will install the card driver without any of the other software that comes with it.
then use afterburner to make any tweak if necessary
i know a couple of people for whom that solution worked

I tested Rust with lowered GPU and Memory clocks, it still crashed.

The last time I installed Windows 10 was a few months ago. I'm using the latest version right now.

Then Im guessing trying what Teknoman2 wrote will be the next step.

What's DDU?
