Question Computer crashes while playing certain games

While playing certain games (Valorant, Spiderman, CSGO, but not Cities Skylines) my computer crashes and restarts.

5800x
Gigabyte 3080
Asus Tuf x570 + Wifi
Samsung Evo 970
Crucial DDR4 3600 mhz
Corsair 750W 80+ Gold

What I've tried:
New PSU
CPU and GPU temps dont go above low 70's C
All drivers are updated
Bios updated
Tested a second GPU
Ran sfc/scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Tested 1 RAM stick at a time

Event Viewer errors differenciate between

A fatal hardware error has occurred.
