Computer Crashing HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I'm not sure whats going on with my PC... sometimes when my computer is shutdown and when I turn it on none of my peripherals work and the fans seem to get louder... Since not even the monitor is working (due to no signal from the pc) I'm assuming its crashing? The key board and mouse aren't getting any power for sure either. My peripherals are all plugged into the motherboard directly and the monitor is plugged into the graphics card. My guess is incompatibility with ryzen CPUs and ECC memory? Someone guidance?

Can you show us a parts list as its really hard to tell if you are right or not otherwise
