Computer Crashing While Playing Certain Games

Hello, my friend seems to be having some issues with his computer. While playing certain games, like CS:GO and Battlefield 4, his computer "restarts". I say that in quotes, because I don't really know whether it's a full restart or what. The LEDs on his case fans stay on, but any image being displayed to the monitor is cut off. All programs are shut down, including the operating system (Windows 10, if it matters). The computer is fine when browsing the web or doing light activities. Like I said, however, the computer restarts when playing Battlefield 4 even on low settings. It also resets on CS:GO, although rarely. These causes make me think it's a GPU related issue, specifically with overheating. However, we observed the temps to be only 65 degrees Celsius a few seconds before the computer crashes. I have a sneaking suspicion it's the generic power supply it came with, especially since his brother upgraded the GPU to an R7 360 right after receiving it, without upgrading the PSU.

His computer is a CyberpowerPC, and I THINK it is (though it may not be) this model:
https://www.amazon.com/CyberPowerPC-GUA3000AD-Desktop-Computer-Vishera/dp/B015RNXBUU

Specs:

CPU: AMD FX4300
GPU: R7 360
PSU: Turbolink 500W
RAM: 8GB (I'm assuming this is also "generic"), working fine though.
Motherboard: Probably nothing special, although it looks to also be working fine. (I'm assuming this is also "generic")

With all the "generic" parts it comes with, it's definitely something to worry about. I think

everything is fine expect for the PSU though. Tell me what you think, any help as soon as possible is much appreciated.

EDIT: Right after I posted this, his computer crashed again; while browsing the web. When it turned back on, it crashed once more while signing into Windows. I instructed him to leave it off after this.

Solution
It can be that the CPU is overheating so it shuts down itslef to avoid damage, or the PSU is failing, maybe giving less power that what is needed. What CPU Cooler is he using? If the CPU temps are not that high, I'd say its the PSU.

The CPU temps are incredibly low, even while under load. It's a stock CPU cooler, but it really gets the job done. Thank you for reassuring me that it's the PSU, your help is appreciated. He's looking into getting an EVGA 500w 80+ Bronze, which should be quite good. Have a nice day!

Glad to help, have a nice day too 😀
