computer display going to white

Hi,
I ma using windows 7 in dell inspiron, when i was uninstall a program that time my laptop display is going to white. and than i was switch off pc from directly power key than after start pc same problem happened there, after ready to start window within 15-20 seconds display is going to white.
what the problem is there please solve my problem.

Don't attempt to replace it yourself if you don't feel comfortable doing it. Get someone to change it for you who knows how to do it properly.
