Computer Display Gone

Hey, this is the first time I've ever needed to go to a forum for any help so ill just make it short and sweet.

Casually playing on my PC then crash. Tried to boot it up and from there the next 10 boot ups would allow me to either go Normal Mode or Safe Mode.

Normal Mode loaded the first 2 times but pixelated with a few pure blue lines going across the top left then would crash.

Safe mode loaded up no matter and didn't have the pixelated issues but had the blue lines which could be the actual monitor I dunno.

The integrated Graphics don't work either.

Anyways I've taken my graphics card and power supply and placed it into a friends PC and they shown to be working but still had the blue lines on monitor *Used My Monitor*

After that, I decided to place his graphics card in my system and still nothing.

So we got a completely different setup with a Gigabyte MotherBOARD and placed my stuff in apart from the motherboard and that still didn't work Display on monitor

Surely too much of a coincidence for 2 motherboards to be not working or is there something else the matter?

I've tried 2 monitors both with no display. VGA HDMI VGI.


My Pc Specs are

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 MotherBoard

AMD Black Edition FX -8350 4 GHz 8-Core Processor

GeForce GTX 760

Aerocool Integrator 500W Power Supply 80+ BRONZE

x2 8 Corsair Vengeance

Honestly, I ain't-a wizard I just know my stuff but I just want to be certain on what this is before I even spend my money and ideas on what it could be?

My Theory is PowerSupply isnt giving enough POWAAAAAAA
or Graphics is dying
or Motherboard is dead
or
or
or

Most probably dead GPU, or half dead more accurately. Fact that itworks in safe mode and not in normal mode suggest that 3d accelerator part is gone, in safe mode it doesn't work anyway.
