[SOLVED] Computer Display pulse and beep

I have Asus H81M-C motherboard . It used 500GB Toshiba hard disk earlier. But On a recent Day It was damaged. I have another 320GB Samsung Hard disk used with other Computer. Now I'm plug in to motherboard and Go to the BIOS all Components are displayed. After change the boot piority to hard disk and restart display is pulse with "Beep" Sound. I thought it was a problem with windows. But after change the boot piority to CD/DVD Drive the same question arises. What I Do? Please Help to me.

Try reset and save your BIOS setup to default (factory) setting.
