Computer does not have power unless usb is pushed in.

The computer does not have power unless I physically hold down a USB into the motherboard USB footers. I believe it may be a motherboard short circuit but I am not sure. Any help much appreciated.

Hi

I presume this is a new build?

If so try the motherboard out of the case
(easy if integrated graphics)
This will show if a mounting pillar is in the wrong location and hitting the underside of the board where there is no hole for a mounting screw
