Hi!
My Hp Pavilion G Series does not start correctly when it had a pen drive inserted.
The screen just turn dark grey and does not show the windows logo and "the system is starting" or something like that
I had already remove the battery and it did the same. I had to remove the pen drive (without safety) and then the computer starts well.
Could be some incompatibilty with the pen drive?

Thank you for your advice

I reckon your computer is trying to boot your operating system from the pen drive. If you enter your bios settings when the computer boots up you should be able to navigate to boot options and change the boot order from there.

To get to the BIOS it is normally the F2 or DEL Key although may be something else.

Thank you! I'll try and see
