Computer doesn't boot after installing new power supply

After installing a new power supply, my computer won't boot. I get a green and red LED next to the boot button. Curiously, they stay on for a short while even after the power is completely disconnected. I have made sure to set it to the correct AC voltage.

What make/model is the PSU? Are the motherboard cables properly connected (24 pin and 8 pin)?

It's a Thermaltake TR2 600W. I'm pretty sure everything's properly connected.
