Computer doesnt boot but all lights and fan work with 2 beeps

My computer fails to start since yesterday. It started to rain the day before yesterday and stoped yesderday night. Every light and fan spins and im hearing twobeeps even though i havent added a sound in my mobo

Does asus h81m cs have inbuilt sound? Also it soundds similar to the cpu fan exerting presute vut the sound is same always.

I tried booting w/o ram anf istill heard tge same beep.

The pc was working fine before it stopped ie it was not slow.

Is the ram the prob?

Edit: i forgot to mention it started to switch on right after i switch the ups (dodnt press the power key)

I did check there but im not sure whether the ram is faulty
