Computer doesn't find hard drive when trying to install windows 7t

I have a desktop computer, i'm trying to put my 1.5tb hard drive in it, but when I try to install windows 7, it won't find the hard drive.

IS IT A SATA DRIVE? IF SO, DID YOU INSTALL YOUR RAID DRIVERS BEFORE THE INSTALLATION?
