Computer doesn't recognize mp3/wma tags

i found the filetypes tab but i dont see anything relating to media
player.

I think what he was refering to is that you need to locate the
extention .mp3 and .wma and then re-assign them to whatever program you
want them opened with. Though I don't see how that info could be
suddenly washed away.
