Computer doesn't recognize USB Hard Drive

Hi,
I need many backup files from a usb hard drive that was working fine but now it doesn't show up in This Computer folder. I can see it in Device Manager and Remove Hardware but can't access it from anywhere, I can't reformat the disk I need the files from it. And I tried all of the ports.

USB Hard Drive: Samsung M3 500GB
OS: Windows 10 (it was working well with Windows 10, my problem happened recently, long after the Windows 10 update.)

connect the drive , goto disk management and tell me what it says ...

okay goto disk management , right click on the unallocated , make new volume , and complete it , dont forget to choose quick format or it will take forever formatting.
