Computer doesn't start up

Hi, so i have this computer for more than a year now and the drive D always gets full on space but dont have anything on it. And now after sometime i open up the conputer and it doesnt start anything, it just lit the led for a few seconds then doest load anything just black screen then off and power button just blinking. Cant shotdown it normally even if i hold the power button. Need help asap, dont know what to do.

It doesn't even POST?

If it doesn't, more than your disk drive may be compromised

Can you access the BIOS?
