Computer Doesn't Start

Hello,

There use to come problem in my computer abd BIOS starts after that. After closing it then computer runs. But before 1 week, many times problems came. There was error message like insert USB flash file like something....

Now computer doesn't start on...

both red n green light lights on when i turn on the computer for abot 30 sec n red light turn off....

nothing happens.

what is the problem?
ANd guys tell me the solution to...

Well it can be either that the cpu is fried bad ram or your mother board is dead if you have a extra computer try to test the computer's parts on the working one

I agree the only other way is to take the parts out and smell them, If you get a weird strong smell from any of the parts it means something blew in your pc.
