Question computer doesn't turn on after hotswapping ram

i took ram out of my computer while it was running, when i took both sticks out it turned off, so i put one i, it turned back on and i turned it off to put the other one back and now it does not turn on, what do i do?
edit: i didn't hold the button down long enough

Replace whatever parts were cooked when you did this 'hotswap'.

RAM is NOT made to hotswap.
Something...the RAM stick(s) or the motherboard got cooked.
