Hello,

After a shut down, I turned on my computer after a few hours.
All I get is this :

I tried windows comp fix - didn't work. I runs in safe mode.
The only know software I installed during it's last session are a 400+kb Microsoft software update,
Napoleon Total war (through Steam, wasn't Problematic in the past) and Dead Space 3 (through Origin).

I thought about using a restore point, but it totally ignores restore points that I saved, and lets me only restore from January 2015.

How can I run windows normally again?

Thanks

What is "windows comp fix"?

BIOSes do not corrupt themselves on their own.
You get 0x0000007B error, when sata controller mode has been changed.
Either you did BIOS reset or CMOS battery has died and BIOS settings reverted to it's default values.

Replace the battery and set sata controller mode to one that was there before.

Did you change it to AHCI in the BIOS?? It's a sata driver/hdd stop error

It can happen if you installed windows in IDE mode BUT you changed it to AHCI after windows was installed

Bad idea if you did thats the stop error you'll get. Because it cant find the hdd (because no sata drivers were installed when you installed windows)

+1 it's not a BIOS stop error
