Question Computer fails to boot up

Hey everyone! I have been having some computer problems and could really use some help!

Last night when I attempted to turn on my PC, it booted up for maybe 5 seconds then shut off, then tried again and shut off repeatedly. No display ever came on.

I don't really know anything about computers so I have no clue what it could be or how I would go about fixing it, so any help would really be appreciated!

I have, but they haven't responded yet and I thought I would ask here as well in the meantime.

Hey, so update...I tried to turn on my computer again and it worked. Everything turned on. I didn't do anything to it though, so I have no clue why it was not working last night and I'm a little worried to use it now. Are there any tests or anything I can do on it to find out what it was/if it will end up happening again?
