Computer fails to reboot.

So my computer boots up fine for the first time when I turn it on, but when I go to restart it, the monitor goes blank and everything, but the computer doesn't reboot. I have to manually shut it down via power button, and boot it up again. This is so weird.

I had same issue, fixed it with a BIOS update that didn't mention anything to do with the problem at all but it fixed it.
Just advised someone else on here to try BIOS update for the exact same problem and it fixed it for him too.

Thanks, I'll update it and see if that fixes it. So updating BIOS fixed the issue. Thanks.
