I know elementary school mathematics :)
the question is more like is 750w enough for a system with asus prime z790-p wifi, 13700K, 32g g.skill on 7200mhz, rtx 5070, 3x m.2, 2x sata ssd (and eventually a 12tb ironwolf), and like 6 rgb case fans?

I,masking because since the 750w is well.. heavier. for whatever reason i feel it's more robust/durable, and it's full modular which only has to do with convenience of course.
i have nothing against cables on the bottom of my computer case if 850w is more likely needed forthe system above. I play 4k on as close to maximum settings as possible. so the box is kind of sweating at maximum performance for a couple of hours a day.

Also, is it normal that when not under heavy load, the psu fan is not spinning at all? i know my cpu fan sometimes just stops and the vga fans are only on when gaming.
thanks

(i do not have rtx 5070 and it's close to impossible to get, so i may will have to go with the same performance amd version)

i am an ewaste "hoarder" so i keep on finding stuff in my complex's ewaste bins.
the TX850 looks like it was used before i found it and i'm using it since quite a few years for gaming gtx 1060 6gb with 6600k then rtx 3070 with 8700k. hundreds if not 1000+ hours of load.
the rm750x seems like it was not used. like ever. not a grain of dust was inside it not an installation or screw-in scratch and i only powered it on to test it.

if i'd bought it online or from private i'd say they cleaned and dusted it before selling it but why would someone do such when just getting rid of it..
(just question of course why buy it if just throwing it away without ever even powering it on though but you'd be surprised what kind of things people throw away)
