Computer fans question...

I have a Viotek case with 2 fans included both with connectors that are quite large with 4 pins both male and female. I also have a spot for another fan and have an older one with the three small pins I would like to utilize.

The motherboard has 3 spots for the small pins and looks like just one of the 4 prong ports(the male end in the board).

Will I just need to get fans with the smaller pins?

Well the Seasonic s12ii 620w has all the connectors needed. It's running 3 case fans and the CPU fan and the 2 GPU fans.
