Question Computer flashes green then loses signal

I have a system running an rtx 5700 xt that will run fine until I play games more specifically it will randomly after 2-10 minutes flash green then lose signal pc seems to keep running fine but hard reset is required to get signal back I have taken this PC to a repair shop and it ran fine for 24 hours and recently discovered this seems to be isolated to TVs and not Monitors? But the only monitors I have are old and run full HD at best and the TVs are 4k but even running them at lower resolution still causes the issue. I'm afraid to buy a new monitor and have the issue on it as I don't see why this keeps happening

The system was subjected to a 12 hour stress test and diagnostic and nothing was found power supply and all cables have been tested with volt meter. I just tested the system on a TV that is naturally FHD only no 4k and same problem persists still no issues with monitors
