Computer for fortnite

My dad is wanting to play fortnite. He's computer is not able to play it well due to a poor gpu. I will give u his specs he has a Inspiron 3847.
i5 4440
8 gb of ram
I am thinking of upgrading the GPU and power supply. He wants to keep it under one hundred. So I was thinking getting a used GTX 750ti. And then the appropriate PSU (new). Do you think the 750ti would be ok for fortnite?

I Use the GTX 750 Ti On Fortnite,Get over 80 FPS.(Nvidia Settings.) Get that card.
He should play good after.
