Computer freez, buzz sound

Hey guys, im new here at Tom's Hardware, and im here to mooch of your past experience with similar issues 😀
English is not my native language, so excuse me if there is any typos, there shouldnt be though. just incase

I dont know if this is the right forum, i dont know if its hardware or software thats causing it.

So what happend is that the pc was doing just fine the first 2 - 3 weeks, then 2 nights ago i was playing a game called Bloodline champions, after a 3 hour'ish session my computer freez and i cant move the mouse and the keyboard is noninteractive.
I also hear this buzzing sound, and the fans inside the case still run, i dont know if the cpu fan was, i havent tried this with an open door to the case yet.
I had to reboot it with the power on button, i rebooted it after 10 - 20 seconds, there was no BSOD, i imagin there might be one if i just let it run for a while, maybe?.

And last night i was watching a series using VLC, after about 30 - 40 minutes the same thing happens.

The last time it happend i was monitoring GPU and CPU temps and they were fine, cpu around 40 - 45 (i cant remmber exactly) and GPUs in mid 50's, although at idle, GPU 1 idles at 38 and GPU 2 idles at 47 - 51, i dont know if thats normal or not.
So its probably not heat, right?

My setup is: (I havent OC'd, and the rig is 3 weeks old.)

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 1GB AMP! in SLI
ASUS P7P55D-E PRO, P55, Socket-1156
Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz 2gb x2
Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB
Corsair HX 750W PSU
Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced (probably doesnt matter, but the point is, i have decent airflow )

I checked event mannager and, well, i dont know the error code now because im at work, but im just so eager to find out what is wrong maybe you guys can help me without the error code, and when i get home i will post it here.

I am not that great with computers, i know the basics, but beyond that im not great, but i will try my best to do what you guys suggest.

PS. I will try to run a memtest when i come home, never tried that before but i will give it a shot.

Heres the error, i can also mention that in event management i can see a new identical error that was time stamped around the time i turned on the pc when i came home from work.

Ok so more details:

Writing from my laptop now, cause my main rig is to slow to do anything on it right now.
So what happend this time was that i was doing some light surfin, watching a few youtube vidoes on it, and all of a sudden the physical memory usage goes to 97% (Windows task Manager, performance) and everything is really slow.

I was also running Windows Defender, but that had been running for 40 minutes so i dont think thats the issue.

Right now everything except skype is turned off and i see 97% usage.

Im sorry this reply was messy, i have to write it in a hurry, going out for a while but im going to let this stew here so you guys maybe can check it out.

Hope this narrows down the possible problem and soultion.
