I recently bought a MSI Z690 Pro-A mobo and a i7 12700k and I noticed in bios that it has an option for CPU Cooler Tuning which I'm not familiar with as I just came from a MSI Z370 mobo and to my knowledge didn't have that option. My question is it list 3 options Intel, Performance and Unlimited which I guess they changed it to this with latest Bios Updates and it used to say Box, Tower and Water cooler so with a aio cooler which I have which one would I need to use? If I select Performance or Unlimited it gives me a warning that using those settings might void warranty? If it helps I do have my i7 12700k OC'd to 4.9

What are you using to cool your processor? I'd just make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard as well as setting up a custom fan curve if you're wondering how to tame the noise.
Yeah I just got the mobo last week so updated to the latest bios update not sure what version at work so can't look but its the latest that came out in Oct. I did do a custom fan curve and seems to be keeping thing cool Gaming which is only World of Warcraft the highest temps I've seen since doing the fan curve is 57 °c prior was like 68°c I do have it set at either unlimited as from what I have seen online is the sme Pl as water cooled as for fans I have 2 Artic P14's on my AIO and my case fans are Corsair RX120's and my ac wall unit makes more noise than them lol
