Computer freezes after a random time period

Hi, I have an issue with my PC, fairly newly built with good components. Problem is that it freezes after some time everytime. Maybe a few minutes, maybe hours, sometimes can run for a day. Freezes with a blank background, if I have a gpu in there it's always black, if I use the integrated gpu then the color depends on what's on the screen, sometimes it's white, sometimes green, blue, etc, but it gets totally no responsive, num lock light turns off as well. Swapped RAM, swapped Psu, swapped gpu, disconnected hard drives, fans, but the issue still persists. I'm guessing it's either processor or MB, which one do you think?

Solution
Your problem may be poor cooling if all you have is the two preinstalled 120mm fans.

FSP CMT210 case
Cooling System
120mm Fans: Four 120mm Fan Mounting Locations
(Two 120 mm Blue LED Fans are preinstalled)

140mm Fans: Optional: Two 140mm Fan Mounting in Front

The issue still persists if I only use one memory module.

Are you monitoring the temperatures of your components? Does the freeze happen at a certain temperature?

What operating system are you running? Have you tried a clean install?

Are all of your drivers up to date, including the BIOS?
