Computer freezes and mouse hangs (cannot do anything) after awhile

Appreciate if anyone could suggest any solution or help me with the following symptoms:

1) Computer hangs after awhile. Startup is fine. Com does not recover and i have to hard reset to get back to windows
2) Mouse and keyboard are unresponsive after the computer hangs
3) The hangs are random but almost always certain after awhile
4) I have did multiple clean installs of windows 10 and encountered the same issue.

Computer stats:
1) Crucial CT525MX300 SSD as my primary hard drive where windows 10 is installed.
2) Intel Core i5-3470
3) Ram is 12 gb.

Can anyone guide me on how to troubleshoot? Not sure whether this is a hardware related problem as it is really quite random and doesn't seem to happen cos I do any specific thing. (even when playing intensive games, it still sometimes don't hang)

Hi i have done the test and the test reflects that there are no problems with the RAM? There are no errors and all 48 tests passed.

What should I do next?
