Ok guys, recently my computer has been freezing randomly, I can't move my mouse or type on my keyboard or anything. My computer doesn't make any weird sounds or heat up at all. It is a very nice computer, (compared to most), I have run anti-virus software every day to no prevail. I have to manual reboot everytime. I just at least want some tips that might be able to help me, I know this is a very "wide" problem you could say because many things could be causing this. Thanks for the help. you didn't indicate if you were using hard-drives or SSDs, normally with something like this... you're having something completely stop the flow of traffic whether it's 100% CPU usage, 100% hard-drive usage, a glitched sata connection, a software issue causing one of the previously mentioned issues or failing hardware.

Anyway, you need to check windows error logs and see if you can find some more information out there, also are there any other symptoms? Don't forget to check temps.
